Do you need to have prior yoga/meditation experience?
No experience needed! All levels of yoga and meditation are welcomed, whether you’re someone who’s never set foot in a yoga studio before or you’re an advanced practitioner.



Why is this program only for women?
It is so enlightening to be placed in an environment where women empower other women. There is a potent energy of vulnerability, support, compassion, and love that’s created in all-female groups, and that’s what this coaching program will provide. You will not only learn transformative tools for yourself, but you’ll be connected with a supportive group of ladies who believe in you through thick and thin. This program is open to all femme-identifying individuals

Why is this program unique?
The Mindful Manifestation program specifically focuses on using yoga and meditation practices to achieve your goals. By the end of this course, you will not only have deepened your understanding of these spiritual methods, but you will also be able to craft your own consistent practice so you can continually apply these tools in your own life. This program is about setting you up for success, creating positive, lasting habits, and completely changing your daily rituals so you can soar without question.

How much of my time will be required of me?
The most important commitment will be the 2-hour weekly Zoom sessions with Mel and your coaching group every Sunday for the 8 week program. Additionally, estimate 2-4 hours of your own time spent on course material and homework each week. The more you put in, the more you get out.
